Following the Government’s recent announcements on national lockdown measures, unfortunately we’ve just received notification from the FA that all grass roots football will be suspended from Thursday 5th of November until Wednesday 2nd December (subject to a Parliamentary vote).

All of us associated with Bingley Juniors have been working incredibly hard to restart football so understandably this is disappointing news.

That said, we know we can now deliver a COVID secure playing environment so subject to conditions improving we’ll know what to do for a December restart.

Obviously this will be disappointing news for all BJFC players, however I’m sure coaches will be in touch with footballing information and activities as before in the first lockdown.

Training this week will continue as scheduled, up to and including Wednesday evening.

Further information will be circulated when we have it.
