Bingley Juniors – New Club Treasurer Needed
Paul Holleran our current treasurer is, after many years of great service, going to give up this position later this year. We are therefore looking for someone to take on this important role. We would like to find someone as soon as possible which will give time for Paul to provide them with handover support before he finishes at the end of June 2018.
We are looking for someone who is willing and able to give some time to support our club. The club’s finances are extremely well managed and we have recently started to use the on-line accounting package Quick Books, we also use online banking and so much of the responsibilities can be undertaken remotely at a time to suit the treasurer.
Some experience of basic bookkeeping would be helpful but experience of any online systems and basic administration tasks is really what is required. We are looking for someone who is well organised and is and able to commit just a few hours each week.
Bingley Juniors Football Club is a successful community based club and you will be fully supported by other members of the Club’s Committee. Your level of involvement in helping steer the future direction of the club will be up to you. There will be monthly committee meetings that you would be expected to attend but beyond that most other tasks can be done online or by phone and email.
